Milan has over 19 years experience in Commercial Property Management and Development. She has been the Controller for Willis & Company for the past 8 years. Her responsibilities include managing the accounting and administrative staff, review and preparation of Financial Reports, Budgets, Tenant Operating Expense Reconciliations and cashflow forecast reports.

PRIOR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to Joining Willis & Company, Milan was controller of O'Donnell Property Services, a prominent commercial property management and development company. She assisted the CFO with supervising and implementing policies and procedures with regards to the Company's entire accounting department. Milan supervised assistant controllers, staff accountants, AP/AR and administrative personnel who were responsible for completing reporting requirements for over 30 client properties located in both Northern and Southern California. The company was acquired by the national property management firm, Insignia, Inc. where Milan continued as Portfolio Controller for their most prominent clients.

EDUCATION

Milan Graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an Accounting emphasis.
