Lund collaborates with clients, tenants, and vendors to ensure the properties are being maintained and serviced as contracted. Lund, a licensed broker in the state of California, is also responsible for the sales and leasing activity of the firm.
Prior Professional Experience
Prior to joining Willis and Company, Lund was a commercial broker at Investment Real Estate Associates (IREA), an investment brokerage firm in the greater Los Angeles area. He represented owners and developers in the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties. While at IREA, he was recognized as Top Prospector and as a Top Ten Earner.
Prior to working as a commercial broker, Lund was a Private Banking analyst at JPMorgan Chase. In this capacity, Lund created wealth projection models and conducted in-depth portfolio analyses for high-net worth clients. He also collaborated with bankers, investors, and fiduciary officers to produce asset allocation recommendations based on clients’ risk and liquidity needs.
Education
Lund received a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in May of 2009. Lund graduated with a BA in Economics from Stanford University in 2004.
